Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

Diyo Mahal (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides banquet hall facilities for hosting weddings, receptions, parties, ceremonies, and other events. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A valid government-issued ID of the event organizer is required at the time of booking.
• An advance payment is required to confirm the reservation, with the balance due before or on the day of the event.

3. Event Timing

Standard event hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Any extension beyond standard hours requires prior approval and may incur additional charges.

4. Payments & Fees

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or approved digital wallets. Taxes and service charges may apply. Diyo Mahal reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not completed within the agreed timeframe.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date are eligible for a refund (minus processing fees).
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event or for no-shows.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure guests, vendors, and performers comply with all hall rules and regulations.
• Decoration setup and removal must be carried out without causing damage to the property.
• Any damages to the hall, furniture, or facilities will be billed to the client.
• Alcohol consumption and catering must comply with local laws and regulations.

7. House Rules

• Noise levels must be maintained within acceptable limits.
• Illegal activities, disorderly conduct, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
• Maximum capacity limits of the hall must be respected at all times.

8. Liability & Security

Diyo Mahal is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Clients are encouraged to arrange for security if required. Our liability is limited to the services explicitly agreed upon in the booking.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during bookings will only be used for event management and communication purposes. We do not share client information with third parties except as required by law.

10. Force Majeure

Diyo Mahal shall not be held liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
